A vibrant personality and businessman with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and trading of cotton, yarn and allied products, Mr. Shyam Agrawal is a spirited entrepreneur with a passionate approach and a progressive vision in his field. He completed his B.Com. and has been working since 1998. His strong network, business relationships, social connections and reputation have contributed to the company’s position in the market. A dedicated and optimistic personality, Mr. Shyam Agrawal was born on 23 March 1979. He plays a key role in supervising the overall management and finance of the Riddhi Siddhi Group concerns. With extensive business experience, he also has expertise in the technical, financial and commercial aspects of the business.

Dr. Sushil Bharuka

Mr. Vijay Goyal is a visionary leader and decision-maker in the group and is strongly supported by his younger brother, Mr. Govind Goyal. Under his leadership, the group has remained on a strong growth path over the years and has attained significant heights in the industry while building a long-standing reputation. The group’s major activity includes cotton ginning and processing. The group owns five ginning and pressing units across Maharashtra, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh and has future plans to expand exponentially. A spirited entrepreneur with a dynamic approach and a clear vision in the constantly developing industry, Mr. Vijay Goyal’s strong networking skills, business relationships, social connections and reputation have helped the group companies achieve new heights in the market. A real estate enthusiast, passionate civil engineer and kind-hearted individual, Mr. Rajesh Bharuka is the Chairman and Managing Director of Bharuka Constructions. For over two decades, he has contributed to transforming lifestyles in Aurangabad, while expanding the company alongside the city’s growth and development. His inspiring rags-to-riches journey began after completing his studies, when he joined TB Sharma & Co., gaining four to five years of valuable hands-on experience. His perseverance and dedication helped him overcome early challenges and build a successful business with an annual turnover of over ₹50 crore.
